Two different domains analyzed — each produces a tailored business summary and uniquely matched prospect companies
Domain Analyzed: cloudops-platform.example
Industry: Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps SaaS
CloudOps Platform — Cloud Infrastructure Management SaaS
B2B software company selling cloud monitoring and DevOps automation tools to mid-market technology companies (50–500 employees). Targets CTOs, VP Engineering, and DevOps leads.
Nexora Technologies
SaaS / DevTools
Nexora Technologies is a 120-person SaaS company building CI/CD pipeline tools for engineering teams. Their infrastructure relies on multi-cloud deployments, creating operational complexity across environments.
CloudOps Platform offers cloud monitoring and DevOps automation that directly addresses Nexora's multi-cloud management pain points — reducing deployment failures and improving infrastructure visibility.
Target buyer (VP Engineering) matches ICP, company size (120 employees) within range (50–500), and technology sector overlap is strong.
Stratiform Data
Data Infrastructure
Stratiform Data is a mid-market data infrastructure provider (~200 employees) managing large-scale cloud storage for enterprise clients. Their DevOps team handles complex multi-region deployments with limited observability tooling.
CloudOps Platform provides the cloud monitoring suite Stratiform needs to gain visibility across their multi-region infrastructure — reducing downtime and simplifying operations.
Industry and size fit strong. Score adjusted slightly: primary buyer title (Head of Data Ops) is adjacent but not identical to the ICP's top targets (CTO, VP Engineering).

Domain Analyzed: greenleaf-consulting.example
Industry: Sustainability and ESG Consulting
GreenLeaf Consulting — Sustainability and ESG Advisory
B2B consulting firm helping manufacturing and logistics companies meet ESG compliance standards. Targets CSOs (Chief Sustainability Officers), Operations Directors, and Compliance Managers at companies with 200–2,000 employees.
Apex Manufacturing Group
Industrial Manufacturing
Apex Manufacturing Group is a large-scale industrial manufacturer (~800 employees) with publicly stated carbon-reduction goals. They are facing upcoming EU ESG reporting deadlines and lack internal expertise to manage compliance documentation.
GreenLeaf Consulting provides ESG compliance advisory and sustainability reporting services that directly address Apex's regulatory deadline pressure — helping them avoid penalties and meet disclosure requirements.
Target industry (manufacturing), company size (800, within 200–2,000 range), and buyer role (Operations Director listed on leadership page) all match ICP.
TransGlobal Logistics
Logistics and Supply Chain
TransGlobal Logistics is a regional logistics provider with 350+ employees managing freight across multiple countries. Supply chain emissions tracking is a growing pain point — they currently lack tools to measure and report their carbon footprint across operations.
GreenLeaf Consulting offers ESG measurement and sustainability strategy services that would help TransGlobal establish emissions baselines and build a compliance roadmap for their supply chain.
Strong industry and size fit. Score adjusted: their sustainability maturity appears early-stage, which may lengthen sales cycles.

How is the fit score calculated? One worked example
Every prospect gets a fit score from 70 to 100. It is not a black box: the score is the sum of concrete checks against your Ideal Customer Profile, and the written match reason shows the working. Here is exactly how Nexora Technologies earned its 94.
Pain point match: Nexora runs multi-cloud deployments with real operational complexity — the exact problem CloudOps Platform solves.
Industry fit: SaaS and DevTools — inside the ICP's target technology sector.
Company size fit: 120 employees — inside the ICP range of 50–500.
Buyer role fit: VP Engineering — one of the ICP's named decision-makers.
Scores go down when a check is weaker. Stratiform Data scored 87 instead of the 90s because its primary buyer (Head of Data Ops) is adjacent to — not identical to — the ICP's target roles. TransGlobal Logistics scored 82 because its sustainability maturity appears early-stage, which can lengthen the sales cycle.
How to read the scale: 90–100 means strong alignment on pain point, industry, size, and buyer role. 80–89 means a good match with one softer check. 70–79 means the company fits your profile but has a clear gap — the match reason tells you which one. Prospects below 70 are not shown at all.

Beyond Filters — A Smarter Way to Find B2B Prospects
Many prospecting platforms require users to apply multiple filters — industry, company size, location, employee count, revenue. This often creates long lists, but still leaves the hard part to the user: deciding which companies are actually worth targeting.
Less Manual Filtering, More Business Context
Leads10 starts differently. Instead of asking you to build filter combinations, you simply enter your company domain.
From there, Leads10 analyzes your business, understands your offering, builds your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and identifies companies that align with your business context — automatically.
Why This Matters
Companies in the same industry are not automatically strong prospects. A better prospect is a company whose business profile, needs, and market position may align with what you offer.
That is why every result includes:
Quality Over Quantity
A smaller list of well-matched companies often creates more value than a large list built only from filters.
10 strong prospects can be more valuable than 1,000 random names.
Most lead tools filter large databases. Leads10 starts by understanding what you sell before identifying prospects.
The usual way to build a list, and the Leads10 way
Many lead tools let you filter large contact and company databases by industry, size, location, job title or intent signal. That is useful for finding people. It still leaves you to decide which companies genuinely need what you sell. Leads10 starts one step earlier.
The usual way
- You set the filters — you pick the industry, headcount and location yourself, so the list is only as good as your guess.
- Starts from the database — the tool never reads your own website, so it does not know what you sell.
- Company fit is left to you — you open each company and decide whether it plausibly needs your product.
- A score without a reason — some tools add intent or lead scoring, but you rarely see, in writing, why one company scored the way it did.
- Contacts first, fit later — you get names and email addresses before anyone has confirmed the company was a fit.
The Leads10 way
- You enter one website — your own homepage. No filter forms, no industry dropdowns to guess at.
- Starts from what you sell — your site is read first to work out your offer and the pain point it removes.
- Your Ideal Customer Profile is written out — the industries, company sizes and buyer roles that tend to have that pain point.
- A reason you can read and reject — each company arrives with a written match reason and a fit score from 70 to 100.
- Companies first, contacts after — you get company name, industry, website and company LinkedIn page — then use a contact tool for the people.
To be fair to the alternatives: contact databases are not simply dumb filters. Apollo sells buying-intent signals and ZoomInfo sells lead scoring. Those signals describe a company’s behaviour and size. None of them begin by reading your website to learn what you sell. Leads10 gives you company-level prospects with written reasons, not personal contact data, so it sits alongside those tools rather than replacing them.
Your AI-Powered Company Prospecting Engine
Leads10 is a B2B company prospecting platform that turns any homepage domain into a list of qualified prospect companies. Our AI analyzes your website to understand what you sell, builds your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and then identifies real companies that match — each with a fit score, match reason, industry, website, and Company LinkedIn Page. Run as many batches as you need.
No individual contact data, no guesswork — just company-level intelligence designed to power your outbound strategy.
From match reason to a more relevant first message
The written match reason gives you company-specific context to check and adapt into a relevant subject line, email opening, LinkedIn message, call plan, or account brief. Use the ICP’s suggested decision-maker roles to decide whom to research, then continue on the company website or company LinkedIn page.
Leads10 does not provide personal contact details or automatically write or send outreach, and it does not guarantee replies or sales.
We Analyze Your Business First
Before generating prospects, we need to understand what you sell, who your ideal customers are, and what pain points you solve. That's how we find companies that actually need what you offer.
We Analyze Your Website
Enter your company's homepage domain. Our AI reads your website to understand your business — what you sell, your industry, and your company size.
We Build Your Ideal Customer Profile
Based on what you sell, our AI identifies who would buy from you — the industries, company types, pain points, and job titles to target.
Prospect Companies That Match
Now that we know your ICP, we generate real companies that match — complete with fit scores, match reasons, and why they'd buy from you.
Why This Approach Works
Most prospecting tools start with a contact database and hope for the best. Leads10 starts with your business — what you sell, what problems you solve, and who needs your solution. By understanding your company first, every prospect suggestion includes a fit score and a specific reason why they could be a good customer for you.
The short answer
Leads10 is an AI lead generation tool that turns a single company domain into a list of matching B2B companies. You paste a homepage URL, it reads that site to build an Ideal Customer Profile, then returns real companies that fit it — each with a fit score from 70 to 100 and a written reason for the match. It identifies companies, not individual people's contact details. Signing up gives you 5 free credits, and 1 credit equals 1 prospect company. No manual filters or list building: enter your domain, and Leads10 finds real companies that match your Ideal Customer Profile, each with a fit score from 70 to 100 and a written match reason that explains why it fits your ICP (which of your pain points it has, and why your offer suits it). You can use that reason as the opening line of your outreach.

Turning a domain into business prospects
Last reviewed October 9, 2026 · Leads10
How does turning a domain into business prospects actually work?
You enter your company website address. Leads10 analyzes the business and builds an Ideal Customer Profile before you choose how many prospect companies to identify. No step asks you to guess filter settings.
When verification finishes, Leads10 automatically opens Review Analysis and Prospects, your saved results page. Each company includes its name, industry, website, company LinkedIn page, fit score, and a written match reason. You can search by company name, industry, website, or match reason; filter and sort the list; and export selected companies to CSV.
- Step 1 — Enter your domain. Your own homepage, or an existing customer who already fits well.
- Step 2 — Review the business analysis. It shows what you actually sell, your industry, company size, and the pain point you solve.
- Step 3 — Review your Ideal Customer Profile. It includes target industries, company size, suggested decision-maker roles, and pain points.
- Step 4 — Scroll down on the same page and choose 1–5 prospects for the batch.
- Step 5 — Stay on the page while Leads10 checks each company's details and fit, with live progress. Please do not refresh.
- Step 6 — Review Analysis and Prospects opens automatically. Each company has its name, industry, website, company LinkedIn page, fit score (70–100), and match reason. Search, filter, sort, and export selected companies to CSV.
What is a fit score, and what does the number actually mean?
A fit score is a number from 70 to 100 that says how closely one company's situation matches what you sell. It is a judgement about fit, not a prediction that the company will buy. Companies scoring below 70 are not returned at all, so every company on your list has already cleared a bar.
The score always arrives with a written match reason, so you can read the reasoning and disagree with it. A score with no explanation is impossible to check; that is why every score here comes with one.
- A score goes up when the company's own website shows the problem you solve, when its size and market resemble customers you already serve well, and when what it sells implies a need for your kind of product.
- A score goes down when the fit rests on the industry label alone, when the company looks much larger or smaller than your usual customer, or when the evidence on its site is thin.
- 90 to 100 means a close match on several independent grounds. 80 to 89 means a solid match with one clear gap. 70 to 79 means a plausible match worth a look, not a priority.
- The score cannot know a company's budget, its timing, who holds the decision internally, or whether it already bought from a competitor last month.
What is pain-point matching, and why is it different from filtering?
Pain-point matching means checking whether a company appears to have the specific problem you solve before it goes on your list — instead of accepting it because its industry label and headcount fit a filter. It is the step that decides whether the rest of your outreach has any chance.
Filtering by industry and job title tells you a company exists and someone there has a plausible title. It does not tell you that the company needs what you sell. Two companies can share an industry, a size and a country and have completely different problems, so a list built from filters alone contains a large share of companies that were never going to buy — no matter how good the email is.
The matching here works in the other direction. It starts from your own website to establish what you sell, then reads each candidate company's public site for evidence of the matching pain point, and writes down the reason. You can read that reason and reject it, which is the point.
- What it uses: what your site says you sell, what a candidate company's own public site says about its business, and how the two line up.
- What it produces: a written, per-company reason tied to your specific offer — not a filter result you have to interpret yourself.
- What it cannot see: internal budgets, purchase timing, politics, contracts already signed, or anything a company does not publish.
- Worth being clear about: contact databases are not simply dumb filters. Apollo sells buying-intent signals and ZoomInfo sells lead scoring. Those signals are behavioural and firmographic — what a company browsed, how big it is. None of them start by reading your website to learn what you sell.
How can a Leads10 match reason help with personalized outreach?
A Leads10 match reason gives you company-specific context you can check and adapt into a relevant subject line, email opening, LinkedIn message, call plan, or account brief. It explains how the prospect's apparent pain point connects to what you sell, instead of leaving you with only a company name and broad industry label.
For example, a generic opening such as ‘Can we help with your operations?’ can become a specific starting point such as ‘Your public site describes expansion across several service regions; our platform helps teams coordinate that kind of multi-location operation.’ The fictional example shows the method, not a claim that Leads10 knows private facts or guarantees a reply.
Leads10 does not write or send outreach and does not provide a named person's contact details. Review the match reason, confirm the evidence on the company website, use the suggested decision-maker roles to decide whom to research, and use the company LinkedIn page to continue that research.
Does Leads10 give you email addresses and phone numbers?
No. Leads10 returns companies, not individual people's contact details. You get the company name, its website, its company LinkedIn page, the pain point it appears to have, the match reason and the fit score. You do not get a named person's email address, direct dial or mobile number.
That is deliberate, and it is where Leads10 sits in a normal stack: pair it with a contact database such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism or Lusha to find the right people at the companies it identifies. Leads10 decides which companies are worth contacting; those tools tell you who to contact there.
